This will always be a niche game. Gamers like us will love it, reviewers will praise it. public will ignore it.

Let's just hope it does better than other niche games such as NMH.

Did you add the bolding and underlining, or was it in the original source?

Anyway, I hope they won't do a direct sequel to SotC. It was one of my favorite last gen console games, but a part of the magic was the vague, yet unmistakable connection between it and ICO. A game titled Shadow of the Colossus 2 with more of the same would be a horrible idea IMHO.

It could be, the two paragraphs aren't necessarily connected. But I'm inclined to think that the hint is for something within R2, and not a totally different game altogether. C'est la vie.

shadow of collosus with online co-op working in teams to bring monsters down with added downloadable enemies to fight will do it for me.
