Yes there are many. Majora's Mask, The Minished Cap, Links Awakening, Both oracle games,Four Swords,Phantom Hourglass, and he wasn't the main villian in Twilight princess, yet still there. Twilight princess was more about midna and zant then Link,Zelda,and Ganondorf.

Ehm.. the both oracle games futured Ganon... You had to play them as one with the password given to you when you finished one of them.. Then you would get the real ending! with Ganon..

That was the main plot. The antagonists were trying to revive him.

Similarly, he orchestrated the entirety of Twilight Princess.

Ganondorf's been missing in enough games that people don't have to start making up rules to disregard him from the ones he was in. On that same note, only about 2 of the 14 Zelda games were about saving Zelda, so I'm not really sure where all of these people pretending like every game is about saving her are coming from. Trolling?

And Soriku, Ganondorf had nothing to do with Vaati in TMC because he wasn't even born yet...

This would be stupid if true, and would make me lose the great respect I have for this franchise--it's supposed to be a medieval-times-based adventure/fantasy game.  I want a castle, not a whitehouse, I want an overworld, not an underworld, and I want swords, not guns.
