Well they made Hanafuda cards before:

And a lot of toys in the latest issue of Retro gamer they talked about it..

They even had a Duck Hunt that you had to place at your wall and where you could shoot on it.

There is a reason why Nintendo is so good at making games. It's because that is all that they do. My answer is absolutely, positively not. I like the fact that they are a gaming only company.
