I think it will sell 250k, maybe 350k.
But Nintendo "big franchise" first party games are all about legs, it will sell 1 million before the year is over, and 2.5 million LTD.

Mario Galaxy and MK Wii have insane legs in Europe, Brawl might have similar sales (decent first week but legs that won't quit).

Given that its going to be around for almost a whole week I mean it should have decent opening sales. I project about 600k-700k opening week sales but I wait to be surprised. I just don't know how big the franchise is over there.

SSBM:
1.14 million units / 4.17 million total consoles / 1 million consoles sold by games launch

SSBB:
? / ? / 9.5 million consoles sold by games launch



Looking at these numbers tells me that we cannot use the sales trends of SSBM as a precedent for SSBB sales in Europe. The disparity between GC (1 million consoles) and Wii (9.5 million) is far too much to ignore.



SSBB will sell between 500k - 1 million depending on supply and advertising.
