Interesting. I'll have to watch it later though. This post is a "bookmark" for this page.

I read a preview for the EA Sports game in Nintendo Power, and was really impressed with all the sports games (FIFA, Tiger Woods, Madden, NCAA, and NBA), and thought some of them might be worth a rent, if they actually turned out as good as they should by the talk of the article. And I've only ever played Madden, so the other games would be new experiences for me... they just need to get those experiences right.

The call your own shots looks to be really good, am i right to assume this mode is in all versions? The rest of the video looks pretty solid too, i have not played a football game since NFL 2K3 but the graphics don't seem to be updated from what i remember. But games always look better when you think back so i could be wrong.

I like the easy control style they have set-up, i find that sports games are too hard unless you know lots about the game and have read the instructions for 20mins. I tried the baseball demo on the PS3 and it was way too had for anyone who just wanted to play the game as a casual.

I haven't played much in the way of sports game since the 16-bit days, but some of the stuff they're putting out nowadays looks awfully tempting.

Still. This is EA. They've done quite well by the Wii so far, but we should wait until release to see how polished the final result is.

Just to let you know it will release in August so its good. I hope the review was good unlike Alone in the Daqrk, quite a disappointment :(
