I think you missed some information in the report.  They are not saying hardware sales didn't increase or people didn't buy the machines for GTA4. They are saying that as a market item to appeal to more people, GTA4 didn't increase the demand for the consoles. People who bought the console were already waiting for GTA4.



Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.

Look at Others hardware sales for the last 2 months.........



PS3-Xbox360 gap : 1.5 millions and going up in PS3 favor !

PS3-Wii gap : 20 millions and going down !

Just becuase you did doesn't mean everyone else did. It's kind of expected I gues. A lot of the people who were looking foward to these games bought the system a long time ago. Now, they just buit the game and not the console.
