I think the Wii is on its way of becoming the console that had the longest run in the market without a cut to its introduction price. I don't know the console that went the longest without a cut from its release (someone care to investigate?). Obviously, not taking into account failures that may have stayed in the market selling at the same debut price until their demise, or niche products (like Neo-Geo...of which I don't know how long it took to get its first price cut- ??)...Something tells me both NES and SNES consoles of the Nintendo monopoly era may have gone the longest without a price cut. If anyone can get any real data, it would be interesting for comparisons.
Doesn't matter if 360 has fpses. The wii still sells out in the U.S. Maybe nintendo should worry about keeping the supply with the demand then think about price drops.
but I nkow people that got the 360 for that, and gears of wars is comming!!
