OT: I never expected GTAIV to stay on top. It's evident, specially when the average vote has an 18 point difference from the average score.

No offense here. Seriously, are you one of these people who claim to be "hardcore"/"core"? I would think someone who trolls a video game forum would know more about video gaming's history. I'm not that old, but I could easily place games to their respective era/console even on systems and games I never owned or played. The incompetence you demonstrated is beyond naive and possibly something my own mother could demonstrate with regards to gaming. Gaming is not old, being so far off the mark is truly sad.
If you can get past the graphical barriers, many of these classics really do stand the test of time and are worth playing. OoT is definitely one of those if you're at all a Zelda fan.

I think he's confusing Pong with Pang, a name used for the Bubble Buster and Buster Bros. series. At least, I hope that's the case. Pong is definitely 70's.

really miss the VGCHARTZ of 2008 - 2013...
I have no fucking clue how GTA4 could've gotten so many perfect 10s with all of the terrible driving controls, awful character textures and the crashing issues (though, those were limited).
Also, I'm Italian, and we're a very, very oily people, but even I'm not as ridiculously shiny as every single bloom-slathered character in this game.
It's not even about OoT. It's about the fact that reviewers somehow magically ignore hideous flaws when it comes to overhyped games.

GTA IV has more perfect scores than OoT has reviews. I love that people claim reviewers were payed off, and yet say nothing of the terrible reviews that come in a month after the game comes out just to get hits for their site. That's a phenomenon that did not occur when OoT came out.
But whatever...Rock N' Roll Racing is the best game ever.

I love it when someone just makes stuff up. CNET owns/runs gamerankings. They also own gamespot. So if anything, we'd see a 360 bias.
