Well of course we won't see Pichu or Young Link...that would change the major shape of the character...Wario in his overalls is virtually the same as his other outfit.
And we already know about radical color swaps like Dark Link, Fusion Samus, etc...there will be enough variety for everyone, to be sure.
Also, I predict a "meh" update about item menus today. It's Christmas, which really means no big update, because Sakurai expects less people to check Smash Bros stuff on Christmas.
