Personally its 1 for me although I did have a drive spindle problem--the unplayable disc error--that I fixed myself.  Anyone have the misfortune of going through more than one?

nope, i haven't had any problems out of mine, but ive only had it about 8 months ^_^

I am currently using my friend's launch 360 and it has no issues. I figure there is a chance I might have to send it back for him since my house gets really hot sometimes.

Original for 6 months so far. Falcon though so I dont expect any problems. We dont have a hot climate where I live.

Still on my first, had it since Halo 3 launch.

On my original, the only problem I have is that the drive doesn't always come out when I push the open button. Other than that and the really loud fan no problems at all.

Well that was unexpected. Glad to hear everybody's 360s are doing OK.
