I got mine in January 08. It's an HDMI Falcon. It's getting played a LOT, and I've had no problems. My friend got his Halo 3 Edition Falcon model about a month before I did. He's had no problems either.

I'm on my second one. The first one I got in early 2006 which got RROD, I just got my second one a couple of weeks ago.
