How and where are you storing your physical media? (games, movies and TV shows on DVD/Blu-ray/4K UHDs, books...)
Are you taking precautions to prevent extreme heat, extreme cold, direct sunlight and too high humidity?
Most of my PC game boxes, console games, DVDs, Blu-rays, HD-DVDs, 4K Ultra HDs and books are in three rooms of our house (first floor, second floor and third floor, not in the attic above or in the cellar rooms below).
In each of these rooms the window is to the east (so only the morning light comes in) and additional roller shutters and pleated blind are blocking the direct sunlight. That prevents bleached out game and movie covers. I have additional book shelves in onof the floors with no windows at all.
On normal days the temperature in these rooms is always between 15° Celsius (59° Fahrenheit) and 25° Celsius (77° Fahrenheit).
Only on a few very hot summer days, temperature can temporarily go up to 35° Celsius (95° Fahrenheit).
Humidity ain't something to worry about inside houses in my part of Germany.

So what's you storage situation?
