Crazy that Switch 2 is getting so many first party exclusives that it has the opposite problem of PS/Xbox at the beginning of the gen, people begged PS to stop crossgen while they beg Nintendo now to stop giving Switch 2 such a fast pace of exclusives.

This proves that whatever you do  some people will complaint.

In other words, there exist a spectrum of perspectives on how Nintendo (and gaming companies in general) should operate, and when one business goes in a direction that is against this perspective, their voice boils to the top.

Personally I’d prefer something a little bit more “fresh” from games such as Switch Sports Resort and Mario Tennis Fever, but being that we’re still seeing steady stream of high quality Nintendo games being pumped out, I mean what’s there to complain about? As a Nintendo fan, I am very pleased with the current state of affairs.

RH really did some work here.

Seeing how well these casual games are doing on Switch with Rhythm Heaven and Tomadochi Life I'm wondering why Switch Sports Resort is Switch 2 only when I think no one would mind if it was a cross-gen game.

I was wondering why Switch Sports Resort is Switch 2 only when it's a casual game just like Rhythm Heaven and Tomodachi Life that were very successful on Switch 1. I did not mention any other game and did not "beg" for Nintendo to release it on Switch 1. I never complained about a game being current gen only or a game being cross-gen.

Given Switch Sports 1 is still charting 4 years after its release, Resort could potentially do very well in Japan and boost hardware significantly.
Could be a good candidate for a bundle even.
