The contrast in perspective between a Brazilian versus an American on the "immortal" Master System could not be any more stark. Lol! IIRC Master System was literally only ever successful in Brazil, and was a major hit at that. Bombed pretty bad elsewhere.

That's not the point, the point is that it is still sold around here by the same company and still got games announced for it over 40 years after release.

It is the definition of an immortal console, it's literally insane its still around.
