Forums - Sales - Switch 2 sales jump 154% in the UK in March

Sales in the US are apparently way up too based on people who track Amazon sales ... March looks like it's up 100%+ based on Amazon's sales.

Pokopia's co-developed by Omega Force and by most reports is a really good game.

The mainline games though could benefit from a better developer, yes.

I know, that's what I was saying. When a finally good game arrived we are seeing a surprising big hit and hardware seller

That`s a really good sign that sales rose all around the world... since UK is one of Nintendo's weakest markets.

Let's hope Pokopia is enough to hold Switch 2's baseline high enough until the summer games arrive.

Whilst this is true, I feel like switch 2 has been better received than switch 1 here. It's selling at and continues to sell at, a faster pace than switch 1.

That's great. I hope Switch 2 can improve upon the first one especially on its previously weaker markets. This may help it reach the hights of S1 WW.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

That's what I figure too. To give an example, it's opening week was double switch 1's at 160,000 which is Nintendos highest weekly opening this far. Usual caveats apply, more stock etc...
