Would Super Mario 3D World be considered retro? Because I’m not too sure how I feel about calling a 13yo game “modern.”

I have been playing Master of Orion 2 for about 30 years.
Amazing game. Would love for a full HD remaster.

I kind of prefer Master of Orion 1 to 2, but I pretty much alternate them, returning to one or other every few years (whenever I haven't worn myself out with Civilization).
There's a retro section of the forums. https://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/board/26/retro/
Anyway, I'm playing Poke'mon Conquest currently and loving it. A fantastic SRPG with elements from Nobunaga's Ambition and Poke'Mon. It also feels like they streamlined the complex Nobunaga elements for a handheld.

As soon as I'm done with Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, I was probably going to go back and play either Super Mario Bros. 3 or A Link to the Past as I haven't played them in a while.

Just randomly picked a NES game, and started playing Fire N Ice, which I guess is also called Solomon's Key 2. Either way, I had never heard of it before. I'm surprisingly really enjoying it so far.
Today I played a lot of Jak & Dexter 1 - 3, Banjo Kazooie and Super Mario 64 after I installed and configurated those PC ports/recompilations on my Steam Deck.
Finally a great version of the Jak trilogy on a handheld... I was quite disappointed from the Vita versions back in 2013.
Jak and daxter is a awesome game i played and beaten it last year, jak2 i beaten as a kid and dayum that game was difficult
