Well cyberpunk released for Xbox in 2020 so Switch 2 version selling more than Xbox version in 2025 was expected but I'm surprised it's only a 1% difference. I thought Switch 2 version would be above Playstation as well

The PS base had like a 10:1 size advantage over Switch 2 in 2025.

And likely pretty much already sold to all of those that wanted it, yet it still beats it comfortably.

Install base is a lot less relavant than the actual public interested on a game it has yet to convice buying, if it was there for many years most of it already owns it.

The former point applies to Switch 2 as well though, as those who bought it there have had the option of picking it up elsewhere for years already.

It's also full price on Switch 2 but goes on deep discount on the other platforms.

No advantage at all, userbase size is quite meaningless for such old titles, the userbase from XBOX had several years to purchase the game, in fact they already did.

Having twice as many potential customers is absolutely significant; and the audience having had years to purchase the game also holds true for Switch 2; it's still a  port of a 5 year game and Switch 2 players have had the option to pick it up on PC/PS/Xbox for half a decade.

Whatever narrative helps you to sleep at night my friend!

Okay there seems to be a misunderstanding here.

Nobody is saying "OMG Switch is dominating Cyberpunk/Witcher 3 sales", this isn't a hype thread or anything.

It's simply a platform breakdown, with the fact that Switch sales are above Xbox noted simply because historically the opposite has been true for big Western AAA titles like these.

That's all, let's take a step back and chill.
