The game has always looked awesome on trailers.
When it enters my usual price range I'm sure to grab it.

Physical copies are sold out most places too, and its worldwide issue.
They underestimated demand for the game.

I remember a couple of months after the reveal at Summer Game Fest 2025, Geoff Keighley posted on Twitter that Resident Evil Requiem had reached 1 million preorders.

Since things only got better after the first trailer, I wonder how big the launch actually was.

Something tells me that Capcom is happy right about now :)

I'll spend March on vacation, so no videogames for me. When I come back in April I'll probably be playing Metroid Prime 4 and maybe Fire Emblem 3 Hopes. By then I believe the Holiday patch for Civ 7 will finally be released

So I have enough games to keep me entertained until May, hopefully I can already buy the game for a bit cheaper by then!

Going by the enhancements the game offers on pc instead comparison to the base ps5 I will probably get this one on steam once it gets more affordable.

Deserved. The game is fantastic !

I have a feeling a higher than usual percentage comes from the ladies

Well deserved anyway, it's an outstanding game.

What RE game is most action oriented?
I mean main instalment.
I like survival horror with a lot of action like Dead Space, Callisto Protocol, Cronos New Dawn etc
And i always liked the story of RE games just found them to have very little action and a lot of walking.

RE6 is the most action-heavy, and it's terrible.

RE4 is decently action focused and is brilliant though.

Ok then will wait for discount of 4 to try it, maybe also 6.

And how is Requiem?

From what i saw on this forum it seams like Requiem is also heavily action packed.

EDIT I thought that 4 cost 70e but i guess its 40e so maybe wont wait :D

Requiem is fantastic.

It's a game of two halves; Leon's sections are action-heavy, while Grace's are slower paced and more focused on old school survival horror; conserving ammo, micromanaging inventory, knowing when to run away or sneak passed and when to stand and fight with your limited capabilities.
