I'll solely be playing the campaign so I'm skipping the beta myself, but I'll definitely check out footage to get an idea of the port's quality.

I played the likes of World at War, Modern Warfare 1/3 and Black Ops 1 on Wii back in the day so I'm not fussed if it's a bit less pretty and stable than PS5, so long as it's still decently playable.

It was just announced today that the early access beta, for preorders,  will feature a mission from the single player campaign.  However, the early access beta is on August 21 and will not include the Switch 2.  

The open beta, which does include the Switch 2 is on August 28th.    Hears hoping that beta also includes the Single player mission.  If so you can give in a try before you buy!  

Just saw this, nice, will defs give it a go if it's easy to just jump into and access.

COD returning to Nintendo feels quite special to me as someone who used to play it on Wii/Wii U back in the day.
