Man, the the Fins have some talented devs.

anyway, Super Stardust HD, easily one of the best games ever made with a killer soundtrack.

Hmm, pie.

Lots of great games in the OP. Control is my favourite of the bunch though - wasn't sure I'd enjoy it but I'm so glad I decided to give it a chance.

Shout to Max Payne 1 + 2, Trine 1, and Super Stardust HD as honourable mentions; the Norwegians sure punch above their weight for a country of just 5 million or so people.

I really need to get around to playing Control one of these days, it looks really cool.

I'm saying the first Max Payne, I slightly prefer it over the second.

Other major favorites are Angry Birds (I've played PC versions of AB, Rio, Space and Star Wars), Flatout Ultimate Carnage (most recent Finnish game I've played) and Slick N Slide (been playing for 30 years!)
Also Death Rally is good, there's Lucas style 90's adventure Alien Incident (by Housemarque) and the list is missing Liero, the shareware real-time version of Worms.
I've played little bit of Supreme Snowboarding (or Transworld Snowboarding? or both, both are Finnish), Super Stardust and The Reap (another Housemarque shooter).
And I did good deal of swearing at Trials Legends, a free collection of early 2D games.
Yet another shareware favorite is Deluxe Ski Jump (1&2, never did get into 4 or tried 3). And I've had to try Pro Pilkki.

I'm bit offended by the absence of My Summer Car. Also, anyone here old enough to know Netherworld, the first Finnish international game?

I had C64 back in those days, but I can't say I remember it, though it does look oddly familiar for some reason.

I guess Returnal. Returnal was good.

Alan Wake. It was pretty interesting. Looking forward to playing the sequel.

Not really, but talking of old Finnish games, I think Mine Bombers is the first Finnish game I played as a child. Seemed fun enough, although I don't think I was able to appreciate it as much as it deserved back then.

I played Snake, so Snake wins.

Cities Skylines was great. Just wish the sequel hadn’t dropped the ball. Is it at least going to turn into another Cyberpunk/NMS turnaround?
