It will impact PS3 sales much more than 10-20%. Even GT5P had much more than that (Europe).
Now regarding the 360, you're right. My numbers are too high. 360 should only see a 10-20% increase.

You know, I wonder how much piracy is going to impact the game's 360 sales. Because as far as I know, the PS3 still hasn't been cracked, whereas torrents of GTAIV for 360 are already on every site in the universe.
i think we all come to the same agreement. Xbox 360 is going to sell more in the first week. I'm not sure about the future, but it seems the 360 will sell more the first week.
I'm very surprised about your numbers for the softwares in Europe ! I remember have seen a site which say PS3 reservations were really better than 360's reservations.
It says 3:1 in UK , 2:1 in Germany if I remember well. I have ask to my gameshop salesman, he told me : 128 for PS3 , 82 for 360 (I live in France). It means 1,5:1 in France if my gameshop represents the France.
So I would say :
Europe :
Ps3 : 800k/150k (thanks to the bundle)
360 : 500k/120 k
US :
PS3 : 700k/110k
360 : 1300k/100k (I don't know if there is a bundle in US ? )
Total : PS3 : 1500k/270k (with Japan)
360 : 1800k/220k
