Ooooffff... The Xbox One version of Advanced VG and Steam Heart's Saturn Tribute was postponed and not releasing on May 29 anymore.

According to City Connection, the adult content present on the compilation was a big factor for Microsoft, which decided they won't accept the game as it is right now. There's a possibility that the company will "edit" some of this content to make it suitable for Xbox, but as for now, the game doesn't have a release date yet.

Steam Heart's and Advanced VG are still releasing on Switch, PS5, PS4 and Steam on May 29, and it got a CERO C rating.

What the heck... Well, probably the problem is Steam Heart's, since that version of Advanced Variable Geo doesn't exactly have mature content. But from what I heard, the shoot'em up game is an adult game even in the plot.

Both games are available right now. I already purchased Advanced V.G.

The emulation is very good. There's even some new add-ons like high resolution textures, rewind, quick save and wallpapers. Sadly, no english subtitles. Only menus and guides are in english.

Overall, a great purchase. I'm happy to finally have an official V.G. product in my hands.

The restaurant chain from which the main character's outfit is derived is completely dead in Japan and now only exists as a single restaurant in Hawaii, where they still do wear those outfits.

Just don't get Steam Hearts. Awful awful game. They probably censored the porn but doesn't stop the shmup section from being a bad shmup.

Yeah, that happened recently, right? Last year or so.

Yeah, I'm not interested in Steam Hearts. I saw some gameplay, and it's not something that I would like. Also, it's more expensive than Advanced V.G.

I wish Sega, or perhaps some localization house, would localize Sakura Wars 1 and 2 on modern hardware. Also wouldn't say no to Shining Force III.
