Well, technically the Switch is a handheld. Switch Lite is handheld only? Why is there no "Switch TV" option if it was more home console? In fact people use it as a handheld more often than a console is quite telling. I never used my dock. For a console its too weak for me thats why i use it as a handheld only. The main reasom i bought the Switch was because i was looking for a more powerfull handheld to replace the vita and in the Switch i found it. Steam Deck, Rog Faily... yes they are more powerfull but physical games are not supported so they are without value to me. Anyway? Why can i call Steam Deck, Rog Ally... "PC HANDHELD" although i can dock them as well, but i am not allowed to call the Switch "Handheld" although more people use it mobile and there even is a Switch Lite that only works as a Handheld? If Switch is no handheld? What is Switch Lite? To be exact, i have to call the Steam Deck "PC Hybride (Console)".

I never said that Switch would beat the PS2, let alone me wanting it to beat the PS2! I only said, that if sales continue like that, it will get more likley over time. I just said i do not exclude this possibility anymore! And only because the Switch is a handheld does not mean i cannot compare it to the PS2! Both are gaming systems, one is mobile the oder one stationary. Both play physical games, so yes they can be compared! If the Switch sells more than the PS2, then yes, the Switch will be Nr.1, if it fails to do so, then it lost this battle and will be Nr.2! As easy as that! Both systems can be compared directly. But what i am starting to think is, that Switch somehow starts getting dangerously close to PS2 LTD software sales (1,55 billion)...

The funniest thing is that some people think Japanese would chose Playstation over Switch easily as soon as Sony release a handheld, when Nintendo handhelds always outsold Sony handhelds in Japan and elsewhere. I don't think many Japanese would buy the handheld that plays God of War over the handheld that plays Pokemon. Sony franchises are only catered to western audiences, they don't make Japanese style games like Nintendo.

Ringfit up 23% this week, it just keeps on selling. I always wondered why Nintendo did not release paid DLC (and add to NSO expansion pack) for this title. Seemed easy money to me.

From what I’ve observed, it seems Nintendo has chosen to mostly avoid DLC which doesn’t greatly add to the original experience. They’ll do free/paid updates to their multiplayer games such as with Smash Bros Ultimate, MarioKart 8 Deluxe, NSO, Splatoon, all Mario sports games, etc., but rarely do they ever come back to add to single player experiences. Zelda BotW and SMOdyssey are the only two games I can think of where they have done this on NSW (unless you want to include M+R, though that seems to have been more of a Ubi decision).
