Final Platinum of the year achieved: MLB The Show 24.

This is actually a fairly easy plat to get. You'll most likely get most, if not all, while going for the 24 matches trophies. I would reccomend playing on 5 innings rather than 3 (which is the min you need to complete a match) because it gives you a bit more breathing space to naturally knock out trophies.

One trophy people seem to say is difficult is the diving catch one. As long as you priortise it from the start it should be fine. I actually got 4 different trophies (inlclduing that one) in like a single match.

I definitely got a few more in me, none that are AAA tho .. will post them all in 1 post on the 31st.

First and foremost I would like to thank everybody who participated; This was really fun for me. Its not really about the Plat, but pushing myself to play every game to its fullest(Or at least what the Developer is satisfied with) and cutting that backlog down. This thread knocked off a bunch of games that have been sitting in my backlog for years now.

There will be a Trophy league 2026 but it will level up though. I would like to get more people to join and I'm making some changes that I hopefully will make that happen. A small survey:

1. What is the trophy you are most proud of?
2. What was the most tedious/draining trophy?
3. What suggestion do you have for 2026 thread?

For me 1 & 2 are the same  - It has to be Romancing SaGa: Minstrel Song. 

1. Nothing I truly felt “proud” of but Wuchang Fallen Feathers was easily the hardest thing I’ve played this gen so I’d say that.
2. Death Stranding 2. 50hrs longer than it needed to be.
3. Use bulletpoints to make the op post neater. If you only use mobile you can disable the mobile editor in settings.

Congrats people. Just in time. I had fun when I was apart of this thread, thanks everyone for giving me the motivation to achieve the most Platinum trophies I ever had in one year and the longest streak, I believe it was 14 in a row. Really never thought I'd get anywhere close to that. If my mental health hadn't fell apart I could have gotten at least 24 or perhaps upward of that. Happy Christmas and get a few games close to platting so you can mark down games on the first of January.

Also, I'm probably most proud of Khazans Platinum. Kinda embarrassed I got the Still Wakes the deep Platinum. Had the most fun with...hmm...Clair Obscur. Best grind was Death Stranding 2.

Final two of the year are Gris + Neva on Steam Deck. Pretty good year with #46 games completed. Better than ‘22 & ‘23 but nowhere close to last year.
