HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!

I've actually been waiting for the New Year to make this thread. I want to bring back the Trophy/Achievement League in a more condensed and hopefully more fun and motivating thread.

Thread is simple. Come in and make a commitment on the amount of Platinum Trophies/All Achievement you plan to get in 2025. Not only will your progress be tracked but total site commitment will be tracked.

Popped the platinum for Robocop Rouge city without trying for a single trophy, first time that's ever happened cause I make sure to check if a game is created solely for trophies but those are indies, I was not expecting that from a majour title. Not sure I want it on my list but it's there now. They really need to make deleting trophies a thing, it's my collection, let me throw out what I want.

BTW, I still don't really understand what this thread is about or how it works. Is it perhaps this....

In 2024 I got 6 Platinums. In 2025 I vow to get 10 Platinum Trophies but from games I truly enjoy and want more of after the story ends. I have 1/10 so far. 

I’ll say 15 (9+6) because I’ve got 9 games installed that I’ve not plat and I could see myself buying 6 games. Currently working slowly (or fast I can’t even tell) towards my first with Star Wars Outlaws.

Achievement & Trophy League was fun back in the day. I'd take part but I doubt I'll be getting any Platinums this year.

1 Platinum. (Last year, I got Astro's Playroom & Astro Bot plat'd. With NSW2 looming, I'd be shocked if I do devout the time to one platinum...but let's see what happens.)

So far VGC has pledged to get 39 Trophies/All Achievements. Closing in on Wu Long. Maybe a week or less.

Can I reaffirm my commitment to 7 platinums. I wasn't thinking, 10 would be too much for me because of the size of the games I plan on playing after the few I have slotted, 7 is one more than 2024 and seems like a good, fair goal. Baldurs Gate, Cyberpunk and The Witcher 3's new patch could eat up much of the year for me, I might loose hundreds of hours to those three alone before even thinking about the platinums. 

Currently playing Carrion, Alan Wake 2 and Crash Team Racing. I think I'll go for the platinum in Carrrion and I don't know about the other two yet. I'll make a decision if I want to keep playing them once I finish the campaigns.

Also, I have one Platinum achieved on the 1st of January. RoboCop Rogue City.

May I suggest Stellar Blade. It is an absolutely, wildly great game and it's Platinum requires you to delve into almost all parts of it but it doesn't require 100 percenting it, it's more like 85%. Aside from Plaitinuming Sekiro, it was the most pure fun I had with a game last year and I played quite a lot. Just do yourself a favour and stay on normal mode no matter the challenge or you'll ruin the fun for yourself, I did a pkaythrough on easy for one of the endings and it really takes away from the game massively.
