Technically Adams flat voice acting makes sense in the end, he's like orcal, he's been living since before that. He's a really old man in spirit and living long oast what a human should Eve's flat personality makes sense because she's only just been born and implanted with false memories, she's an android implanted with human emotions and only just learning of those emotions. However this doesn't explain why Raven has more personality than her. But I'm slightly more forgiving of that aspect of the game even though I've already been forgiving. I like the story, it's not new and was totally predictive from the start but it's solid and interesting. Reading the documents and collectibles is a must though or you miss out on context. On my third playthrough now, and only now did some things click, like Adam is Rapheal Marks. Mothern sphere and Adam are playing this little game harmony ovwr the decades and must know more about each other hence Adam and Eve. Mothers spheres predictions are all considered so whatever outcome ends up happening doesn't matter to her, it just is what it is so she's really winning no matter what happens and wis the most even with the true ending, I think she wants to see her creator, Raphael Marks succeed and has spent all this time trying to find a way to make that happen. Otherwise she'd just nuke the planet (again) or send a virus down that'd kill all organics. That said the "return to colony" ending makes no sense, we'd see that structure from the ground and while Eve is in space, so I have to blank put that ending completely. Such a stupid I consistency.

Explore everything even places you think you can't explore. I found stuff on rooftops. Inside random small places. Behind buildings on tiny ledges. Underwater. Inside giant pipes I surf. And get Lily's friendship to 100 percent. Behind a staircase in a boss room. Stuff is hidden. Even some buildings in the first stage that look like a backdrop have some hidden rooms above. Scan scan scan. Tiny tiny spoiler. First level. Hit the lion statue.

Bite my shiny metal cockpit!

Oh, what happens if you hit the lion statue? Hit me with a spider tag, I'm currently in orbit on my last playthrough and it'll be a while before I progress things oast the start screen again unless some big update comes along.

@Leynos

And yes! The true ending us so worth collecting everything. Technically you don't have to collect everything, I calculated Lilly's score at 100 at about 200 collectible (memory sticks and documents) but there are some stuff that is essential if you plan on finishing the game on Nornal node, at the end it gets Sekiro difficult and it was such a pain for me as I had not upgraded my health to full. Also remember that there are other healing items if you hold up on the Dpad, they saved my ass in the last few fights.

Haven't played. I'll pick it up when it comes to PC...for the mods....

Me too, like Nier Automata that I bought day one for PC and the game released barelly unplayeble, so I double dip in the same week for PS4. Now i can play with 2B with nude mods and with amazing Boobas physics.

@Leynos

Nothing major.

Spoiler!
Just roars.

I'm not sure if a nod to the one in Nier Automata tho where if you keep attacking the Gold Statue in the amusement park it comes alive. Not the case here but a little easter egg

Got the game for around $32,50.
Should ship home next week.

Oh, you're in for such a treat. Make sure you pick up all the side quests and suck up as many collectibles as you can, trust menit's worth it. And learn to parry if you csn't 🙂 Collecting items score points towards a true ending and unlocks a late stage area of the game.

That"s a really good deal btw. Nice. Still happy to have paid full price though to support these talented Dec's future endeavours. They are instantly up there now with the like of CDPR for me. Let us know how it goes and don't make assumptions based off of the first area, the game gets significantly better after that and when you learn the games rythym of course. Parking is super forgiving so don't be put off thinking it's Sekiro, that only comes at the end.

I only pick you games at full price if I really can't wait to play them, like God of War, or Astro Bot for example.

Games on Playstation usually drop to half the price decently quick if you wait half a year to a year and get a decent deal, around here.

I'm eyeing Metaphor but JRPGs can take a lot more time to get this kind of deal, as there is far less copies to sell.

Platinumed it. A masterpiece in gameplay enhanced by a damn decent plat, they didn't make everything nessesary which most devs do but just enough to see every aspect of the game. Another reason I believe these devs really have the player in mind and want to give the best experience. They could have made all fish needed for one of the trophies but since it's RNG that could be painful, Instead the left 4 short incase RNGeesus didn't bless the player anf that's a sign of TLC. Shift Up are easily up there with CDPR and others now while many devs have or are in the proccess of falling from my ranks as best. They're just great, their next title will have serious consideration for a day one, midnight release. Very cool stuff in a landscape where so many are making idiotic choices, they chose the player, like Larian among few others. The costumer is always right.

One of the trophies I was keeping track of, defeat Brutr lowered 6 % so we know at the very base level 60 thousand people bought this in the last week. But likely much more as that's taking really conservative numbers into consideration.
