Finished INSIDE, what a great little indie game. It came out a few years ago. Makers of Limbo. Ill be playing cocoon next, as its made by the same game designer.

Cocoon is great game, though quite different than LIMBO and INSIDE. I must admit, I liked INSIDE, but I didn't love it nearly as much as LIMBO.

If you're looking for games that scratch that LIMBO/INSIDE itch (my son was recently binging them), although somewhat different, Little Nightmares I & II might be up your alley.  He also played and liked White Shadows, which borrows quite a bit from LIMBO, as well as not gloomy Planet of Lana and FAR:Lone Sails.

He's yet to play Bramble: The Mountain King and Midnight Walk (I've played latter and quite liked it).

I Have started Resident Evil 7. It is better than i expected to be.
Before that i had completed the first game of Castlevania Advance Collection on pc.
The 6 Castlevania games on Game boy advance and Nintendo DS are like Castlevania Symphony of the Night. The best Metroidvania game in my opinion.
(After Ori and the Will of the Wisps, i enjoyed that one more).

I’m really tempted to get that game. It looks like it’d be right up my alley, plus it reviewed well. Is it very strategic? I love strategy.

I just started Alan Wake 2, finished the first two chapters. I remember playing Control for a few hours a couple of years back, and quitting in anger and disgust. I may not have given it enough time to be giving it a fair chance, but I remember I already hated so many things about that game two hours in, that I just couldn't take it anymore.
I am certainly more happy with Alan Wake so far, though it feels like it hasn't quite revealed what type of game it is yet. So I remain cautiously obtimistic.

I finished Little nightmares series not long ago, was great too. I also enjoyed  Bramble.  Though i haven't heard of Midnight walk.

Which strategy RPGs have you played?

Tactics is among the best in the genre, but my honest opinion is this remaster is far too expensive for just voice acting. You can buy the original game ported to PC or even smart phones for much less

Midnight Walk is not exactly in that "immediately reminds of LIMBO" category, just like FAR:Lone Sails (and FAR: Changing Tides) is not as well, both having somewhat different mechanics and gameplay, yet I find them to remind of LIMBO's exploration puzzle adventure vibe fairly enough to recommend them to fans of LIMBO.

To be fair there's a little more work to it then that. They fixed the translation, updated the graphics, full voice acting, made balance changes, have 3 difficulty settings, you can choose between the original version or the new version, and other changes. It is kind of expensive, guess its following the footsteps of other, "remaster" games.

Edit: imo its the best straegy rpg of this style
