Khazan was exceptional in the early game despite its stanima and posture design which is terrible but my God after the third third or fourth boss does it just fall apart. I spent three hours beating a self healing boss not long ago to no satisfaction or any joy and I'm left in a level I don't care for progressing through to get to the next boss which will likely be a disappointment but I'm still playing and I can't figure out why. The combat partly is great and everything is well made but it's another Lies of P deal, a game that could be great but feels more poor the longer you play.

I put the fame on Easy for my sanity, it's not easy, it's normal mode and normal mode is hard mode.

Just finished Neva - 9.5/10

Only bad thing it's too short I want more!!!
also I had the most trouble with the first boss the rest seemed easier also one of them the hitbox is too big you can barely dodged past it without getting hit by the body of the boss (because of the tail)Like you have to dodge so perfectly.

It is still longer than Gris tho and while I enjoyed the Art of Gris more Neva's art and emotional impact is still impeccable.

I got so unlucky. The last 8 indies games I've bought, while some are decent like Evoland most I can't gel with enough to beat, asides for one Horde Survivor called Spirit Hunters: Infinite Horde but the rest are for the pile I'll never touch again, might give Ion Fury a few more chances. I got some fun out of a few of them but could have bought myself a nice new decently priced game like Pirate Yakuza or Clar Obscur Excpedition 33.

Oh that looks good. Nice one. Bit Over priced though at 20 for 4 hours.

I'd Say Gris/Neva are still worth the experience, but get it on sale if thats the only way for you

The reflection platforming in Neva in one part was so good. Neva is more focused on platforming and combat compared to gris which is more about puzzles and movement, but there are still platforming puzzles in Neva.

Aye. Gris is on PS extra, I eye it every now and then but never get around to it. Like look like good palette cleansers.

Okay, I'm right and wrong about Khazan. I found a ring and reckless set that combined give you 50% damage decrease recieved and I played with some builds and skill sets and the game is much less difficult if you have a good set and the spear is so much better than the duel blades or great sword, although less fun. It's still not easy but a lot more manageable, perhaps on par with Nioh 2 aside fromthe godly health bars. I probably could have stayed on normal, I'm kicking myself a bit.

So I found a pretty good Vampire Survivors like game in Spirit Hunters: Infinite Horde for a tenner st full price. I'd strongly recommend it along with Vampire Hunters also which is that genre in FPS and a lot of fun both are fairly long games for the money, if you're into them and if not play Vampire Surviors cause it is a masterpiece.
I bought Oblivion remake, couldn't resist at a decent price of 54,99 but I don't feel like playing it right now, just strolling around looking at stuff and will probably swing bavk around to after I close up Khazan and Rise of Ronin. It does not look nearly ad good on PS5 than PC, surprisingly different which had to be bad optimzation cause there is no way it can't look a lot better, it has a great trophy list so there's a reason to play and I have to give the lack of green a pass even though it's so important, I hope they patch in if enough people complain, feels like Cyordiil got hit by a drought and also picked up Asterigos: curse of the stars for later too at less than 10 on sale.

Pre loading Clair Obscur Expedition 33. 92 opencritic, there's something here and it's only 44 euro. I hope Oblivion doesn't overshadow this cause this could have set a really good example to the industry, pretty cruel to the devs with a shadow drop, Bethesda and MS are dickheads, they could have announced that weeks ago and set the date.

And I also have to buy Pirate Yakuza since it's on sale. I need a device to stop time to play games. Oblivion is instantly in my backlog and everything else is getting sidelined for now aside from maybe Khazan and Spirit Hunters both of which should have great synergy with a turn based game like Clair Obscur.
