PS5 is sitting resiliently at 10-15k/week. Doesn’t matter if Metaphor, Dragon Ball, nor Silent Hill release with strong figures. Price hike is rlly hurting Sony’s momentum in Japan. Happy to see Metaphor doing so good, nonetheless. :) Zelda’s holding strong. Astro is still nowhere in sight…

Sony needs to lower the prices of the ps5 urgently. She made a serious mistake. If it lowers the price of the PS5 it will sell between 20 and 30 thousand per week

That price hike really did a number on PS5. Top 3 games, all new releases, and yet hardware doesn't budge an inch.

PS5 with the top 3 best selling games is certainly abnormal and something neat I noticed recently was that the Switch Lite is actually up YoY for whatever reason. The Zelda model put it in the lead but it was very close to 2023 before that so it's interesting that while the OLED has had a big decline and the regular model has fallen off a cliff the Lite is gonna end up doing better than it did last year even though it declined from 2022 to 2023. This could be a sign of its staying power until the Switch 2 gets its own Lite model.

Switch OLED passed 8 million LTD! Based on the current trajectory, I think it could hit 12 million lifetime.

Any idea when the new Xbox models of stock are going to be available?

Well between a few days ago and October 29th

Decent software sales for PS5, but the hardware is comatose. Around 500 to 750k in 2025 seems pretty likely at this point, so Switch should be able to beat PS5 next year too. I don't see Monster Hunter having a big impact.
