This thread shows Christians are more sensitive than the "woke" guys

It was a woke demonic joke mocking god disgusting compared to the one in the 90s idk what's going on man but as a Christian that was a slap to the face

There is no evidence of a God. Any God. It should be open to be mocked.
If that offends you, that's on you... You could try and pray to your God for us to stop for what it's worth... It wont do anything, but you can try.

Those who have found themselves with spiritual attacks and exorcised know that there is God. I've seen some experiences and it's a testament to the presence of God.

Anecdotal accounts is not evidence and is not enough to assert that a God exists, thus what you have personally seen is irrelevant.
In the end I cannot trust your account, you could be lying, you could have been under the influence of drugs and alcohol, even something like your mental health may be compromised which has led you to believe in certain things for any number of reasons.

The point is... If it's not measurable, identifiable and repeatable in it's verification, then we can discard any such claims with equally as much evidence... And in the instance of your God claim, that would be zero, none, zilch, nada.

*******
I personally believe that if your Christian God did hypothetically exist.. That God would -not- be worthy of worship, having been responsible for genocidal murder, rape, abuse, torment and torture and is an immoral monster.

I am also a first responder, I have seen things, your God for example didn't allow that mother to go home to see her new-born after a car accident, your God didn't stop that father being burned alive, your God didn't prevent that family from drowning... So you assert that your "experiences" are enough to believe in a God, mine are enough to disbelieve.

So who is right? Well. We fall back onto the burden of proof, the claimant needs to prove their position... And if you are going to assert that God exists, you need to prove it.
Also keep in mind that I disbelieve in all 18,000 God's in human history, you just believe in 1 less than I do.

*******

As for having a sook by being on the receiving end of "spiritual attacks". - Keep in mind I -am- a minority and I -have- been on the receiving end of Christian attacks my entire life, you give as good you as you get... And this may sound callous, but I have zero sympathy for Christians being offended, move on, life isn't always sunshine, lollipops and rainbows.

If a Christian attacks someone, then they are not Christian because it goes against the very teachings of Christianity.

No one in this world should hate or attack anyone based upon their race, religion, sex, etc

If you allow mocking or attacking of one aspect then you are encouraging others to do the same for all the other aspects, hence why you keep seeing the amount of hate growing amongst all groups in the world. Its a never ending cycle and people never learn.

I think we should steer clear of insulting personal religious beliefs and stick to topic of the opening ceremony.

I havent seen the video myself but at first when I saw the blue dude in a picture (also the one in the earlier post), I thought, are they trying to imitate Shiva from the Hindu religion - and I was confused at why they would do that but it makes sense that it was something related to Greek Mythology.

Now....the fact that people have said they saw the dude's testicles being opened and wide out to watch....its a good thing I probably didnt watch it...

Edit: Apparently there's been deleted social media posts from one of the people in the opening ceremony...that looks like it really was intentional...yikes.
