It probably won't. The last Epic published game on Steam is from 2016.

And Microsoft published the original game with no PC version originally. Remedy self-published the original on PC, I think. It all depends on the publishing deal Remedy has with Epic, but a Steam release doesn't seem entirely impossible to me.

I like American Nightmare, it was the first Steam game I purchased.

The story is not as good as the original, but I enjoyed the Arcade Mode a lot.
