I haven't paid much attention to Switch sales, but I wonder how they compare to last year.

Big difference. How long until sales are more evenly distributed?

This is the first Atelier where the Switch version sold so much more than even both PS versions combined. How do you get the idea that there is some kind of wait until the sales are more even? The franchise went from selling most on PS to selling most on Switch.

I was in Japan this week and snapped this at Bic Camera. The Switch games section was very busy, and there were ads for Pikmin 4 everywhere.

I didn't see any in this particular store, though I didn't check extensively. On the train home oneday I did see someone with a newly bought PS5.

Went to a few Japanese stores like Yodabashi Camera and such while I was there this past week and both the PS sections and some of the TV sections were playing FF16 on multiple screens.
