Switch's first calendar year is legendary for how many quality titles they crammed into its opening salvo, but what about the years that followed?

Of the 5 full calendar years we've had since 2017, which do you think was the Switch's strongest, and why?

Prolly 2021 for my personal tastes with stuff like Mario Party Superstars and Metroid Dread, but tbh 2023 is already the winner imo

2019 and to me 2019 is Switch best year period.

Loaded year for my personal tastes. I like 2017 but it had 3 games I wanted where 2019 just was stacked and I still play DXM a lot. Most played Switch game.

Easily 2023 for me. I owned a WIIU and basically all the games that i was interested were on WIIU till this year except for Mario odyssey

Yeah I did consider waiting til next year to make this thread so 2023 could play out in full, but I figured we can always just run it again.

I mostly just care about Zelda and Mario so 2023.

2023 easily. It's an amazing year for gaming in general (not just Switch) and there's still 5 months to go.

2023 just might be better than 2017, but it's not on the poll so 2019.
