I got to it using the link in the PS Blog post, but yesterday I also got a notification from the PS App on my phone and I got to it no problem using it, right now.
Maybe it's a country/region specific problem? Are you in Europe?

Obviously I don't know what date you had in mind lol but I always thought August. Also I don't know exactly how much time has to pass before a game can be part of EVO (one or two months) but technically it could release as early as the end of May.

Just going by historical releases of beta to release in fighting games in recent years. I was figuring around the April or May release window, going by previous releases. I figured it would at least be present or playable as that has been the case before of unreleased fighting games still being represented at EVO.
Huge selection at EVO Japan though! Definitely gonna have to tune in for that.

Any expectations for PlayStation at TGA?
Saros is already confirmed to be there. And its rumored the PC port of DS2 will be revealed tonight. But I think we can expect one more reveal on top of that.

Ace Combat 8 finally got announced!
Didn't expect much but they sure picked an underwhelming game to be the last one, lol.
At least we got some decent games, Leon finally revealed to be back to a new Resident Evil game and the star of the show, Ace Combat 8 reveal.
