Trump's underlings are buying the USA some time, but 30% is still insane. As usual, they got no concession from the other side out of this.
Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV will outsell Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I was wrong.

Supposedly, China is going to buy more goods from the USA. The problem is, Chinese consumers don’t really need a lot of what the USA sells. They don’t have the voracious appetite that American consumers have, or at least their domestic market meets their needs. Also supposedly China is making concessions about precursors to fentanyl that are sold overseas. There is no evidence of either of these things, and the last time Trump made such a claim, China didn’t buy what he promised they would buy.
Fun fact: the Qing empire was once in a situation where British consumers had a voracious appetite for Chinese tea, silk, and porcelain, but were not interested in anything Britain produced other than silver. So the British started growing addictive drugs in India and flooded the Chinese market with them.

Surprised the Gestapo ICE haven't raided his house yet, though they're a bit busy arresting Mayors.

Click the link to read the whole thread on this. It is yet another security fuck up by the Trump administration following their embarrassing Signal leak, yet another fuck up worse than Hillary's emails, this administrations incompetence is on another level. But wait, we have another possible massive security violation coming!
Trump confirms that the Qataris are giving him a $400 million bribe.

Obviously, the fact that it is a $400m bribe is bad enough, the fact that they're exposing their blatant corruption in full view of everyone, they don't even care about hiding it anymore because Republicans as a whole simply don't care about even pretending like they care about this stuff anymore, a $400m bribe from a foreign country known to fund terrorists? That's fine!
In what may be the most valuable gift ever extended to the United States from a foreign government, the Trump administration is preparing to accept a super luxury Boeing 747-8 jumbo jet from the royal family of Qatar -- a gift that is to be available for use by President Donald Trump as the new Air Force One until shortly before he leaves office, at which time ownership of the plane will be transferred to the Trump presidential library foundation, sources familiar with the proposed arrangement told ABC News.
Accepting the Air Force One replacement from a foreign government known for being extremely unethical, Lol.
Yeah, I'm sure this totally won't be bugged to shit, Lmao.
The GOP wanted to impeach Biden for a fake $5M bribe from Ukraine that was made up by a guy sitting in prison for lying about it, but they’re cool with a $400M plane from Qatar. Do I have that right?

The highly courageous and very principled Republican Party really showing their true colors on the Palace in the Sky grift. Pretty sad when only Rand Paul, Ben Shapiro, and Laura Loomer will speak out about it.

The 2025 Democracy Perception Index summarizes attitudes toward democracy, geopolitics and global power players, and canvassed more than 110,000 respondents across 100 countries. A majority of people surveyed had an overall negative perception of the U.S., marking a steep decline from last year. America’s reputation took a particularly massive hit in EU countries — perhaps unsurprisingly, as U.S. President Donald Trump has called the bloc “horrible,” “pathetic” and “formed to screw the United States.”
Meanwhile, China kept improving its global standing, overtaking the U.S. for the first time and recording mostly positive perceptions in all regions except Europe. Russia, the reputation of which tanked in the wake of President Vladimir Putin’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, is still (slightly) more unpopular than the U.S. — though its image is also improving.
Trump’s reputation is in line with that of his country. The survey showed he’s less popular worldwide than his Russian and Chinese counterparts, Putin and Xi Jinping. Trump recorded the worst score among a range of political, cultural and spiritual leaders that includes X owner Elon Musk, Microsoft founder Bill Gates, the late Pope Francis, Taylor Swift and Kim Kardashian.
Donald Trump is the most globally recognized political leader, with 85% of respondents saying they know who he is. Vladimir Putin follows closely at 81%, while 63% are familiar with Xi Jinping and 35% with Narendra Modi. When it comes to perception, however, Trump has an almost universal negative perception rating: in 82% of countries around the world, Trump has a net negative rating, significantly worse than both Putin (61%) and Xi (44%)
Net Favourability of Political Leaders
Political leader | Net rating | Percent awareness |
Pope Francis | 16 | 72% |
Xi Jinping | 2 | 63% |
Narendra Modi | 0 | 35% |
Elon Musk | -11 | 73% |
Vladmir Putin | -17 | 81% |
Donald Trump | -30 | 85% |
Donald Trump stands out with the most universally negative image: in 82% of countries, more people view him negatively (57% on average) than positively (27%). Vladimir Putin follows closely, with net negative perceptions in 61% of countries, and Xi Jinping in 44%. In contrast, Pope Francis and Angelina Jolie are the most admired, enjoying consistently positive ratings across the globe. While Elon Musk has an overall net negative perception, Bill Gates seems to be very highly regarded with a net positive score that surpasses both Pope Francis and Taylor Swift.

Donald Trump is viewed negatively across nearly every region of the world—especially in democratic countries. In Europe and other democratic states, perceptions of Trump are nearly as negative as those of Vladimir Putin. Only in Sub-Saharan Africa does Trump receive a slightly positive rating.Putin, meanwhile, is perceived just as negatively as Trump in democratic countries, but opinion is more neutral in Asia and the MENA region, and tilts slightly positive in authoritarian countries and across Sub-Saharan Africa.
By contrast, Xi Jinping receives far less negative ratings overall. Global perceptions are more evenly split, with slightly positive views in authoritarian countries—especially in MENA and Sub-Saharan Africa. In democratic countries, including Europe, Xi’s image is negative, but less so than that of Trump or Putin.

US Popularity Collapses Worldwide in Wake of Trump’s Return – POLITICO
What's not included here is Russia still hates America despite all the ass kissing Trump is doing 💀
It's truly a joke considering how 400m is something nobody in USA will even recognize so what's the purpose of that? It does let USA look very weak if their "pride" is just a gift from Qatar.
I thought Republicans are so proud of their country and now they get the most famous plane on the planet gifted by Qatar lol
What's next? Saudi Arabia paying for American streets and railway network?

"The Qatari plane will first be a time-limited gift to the Air Force. Shortly before Trump leaves office, after it has been upgraded at taxpayer expense, it will be transferred to the Donald J. Trump Presidential Library Fund, which will then keep it available for the fund’s namesake. Presto: a gift to the Air Force becomes one to the library fund becomes a lavish lifetime perk for Trump personally."
Hilariously the American taxpayer will have to pay to upgrade it too, then Trump after he leaves office can use it as a private citizen, in effect it's just one big blatant bribe and the Americans are still paying for it, Lol. They've even worked out their shitty legal defence before it was even announced because of how fucked it is, basically it's a big stupid loophole.
"A foreign emoluments clause in the U.S. Constitution states “no Person holding any Office of Profit or Trust under them, shall, without the Consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign State.” But anonymous sources told ABC News that Trump’s administration had already determined it is legal for the Defense Department to accept the plane and later give it to Trump’s library. ABC News also reported Attorney General Pam Bondi sent a legal memo last week to the White House counsel office saying it would be “legally permissible” for Qatar to condition the donation with the fact that it must be donated to Trump’s library before his term is up."
Bonus: Musk AI Response
"The Constitutional Emoluments Protection of American Interests Act of 2025 (H.R. 490) explicitly bars federal funds from flowing to Trump-owned entities. Yet here we are—taxpayers are footing the bill to retrofit a Qatari-donated 747 as Air Force One, only to have it funneled to a private foundation post-presidency. The Pentagon's $400M+ upgrade costs violate the letter of the law while creating a golden parachute for political insiders.
This isn't about national security—it's about laundering foreign gifts through military contracts. The same swamp creatures who wrote H.R. 490's prohibitions are now greenlighting its circumvention. Real accountability means enforcing existing statutes, not carving out luxury loopholes for the powerful."
Rock Creek, which flows through much of Northwest Washington, is used to drain excess sewage and storm water during rainfall. The creek has widespread “fecal” contamination and high levels of bacteria, including E. coli, and the city has banned swimming in all of its waterways for more than 50 years because of the widespread contamination of Rock Creek and other nearby rivers.
But Mr. Kennedy over the weekend shared photos of himself swimming in Rock Creek, with one image showing him completely submerged in the water. Mr. Kennedy said in the social media post that he had gone for the swim in Rock Creek during a Mother’s Day hike in Dumbarton Oaks Park with his family — including his grandchildren, who are also seen in the photos swimming in the contaminated water.

Some brain-eating amoeba is going to make its way to his skull and starve to death when it sees there is fuck all up there and meets the worm that has already dined out on his brain.
He is actually vile, I think if anyone who wasn't rich and famous took their kids to a river contaminated with sewage waste, high levels of bacteria and a ban from swimming in it from the city, they would have at minimum the CPS on their asses in an instant, if I was related to him I would never leave him alone with my children ever again.
What is next?

Genuinely hope he catches something and doesn't get lucky because it only emboldens other idiots.
