Pretty sure Netenyahu sold Trump on the idea it would be a quick thing. And he knew that Trump would be too stubborn to admit defeat. Played like the fucking moron he is.

Yeah Kent said as much in his resignation letter.

The big problem now is, there is no off ramp

"This is at best a year long conflict with no resolution at the end of that year and all manner of pertabbation of global economies. And I'm not just talking oil. I'm talking fertilizer and food stuff, urea in particular."

Trump is the best thing to happen to the CCP since Deng Xiaoping.

CPAC of all places cheers for Trump's impeachment and Mike Lindell gets served on live tv:

Another No Kings. Cold here in Pittsburgh, but gets bigger every time.

US emigration from somebody who's helping doing such things professionally for 20 years:

You can really see how Trump had a effect of people almost fleeing the country in some of the charts.

Trump sign excective order attempting to federalize mail in voting. People will discuss the merits but this one fails at legality due to lack of authority. This is something that is vested in congress with control of elections being held by the states. This clearly fails.

Let's hope the justice system actually gives a shit about its own laws in this case...

Speaking of justice, federal judges have permanently (let's hope so) blocked Trump's order to end funding for NPR and PBS and halted the construction of his ridiculous ballroom until he can get congressional approval.

Let's hope the former can rebuild properly. I wonder if he's willing to derail the government as much for his stupid ballroom as he currently is for his unconstitutional 'Save America' act...

Pam Bondi may be on her way out as attorney general. Trump is frustrated with her handling of the Epstein case, and with her failure to prosecute or convict many of his political enemies. One of the possible replacements is Lee Zeldin, who is currently the head of the EPA.

Trump has discussed firing attorney general Pam Bondi - New York Times

Pam Bondi was just as much of a piece of shit as US AG as she was as Florida's AG. I'm not sure how much of an improvement Lee Zeldin is.

They also need to fire Jeanine Pirro, who has had multiple cases dismissed or lost in court because she pushes ridiculous charges, such as a felony charge for the man who threw a sandwich at an ICE agent. A grand jury refused to indict him, so they charged him with a misdemeanor, which doesn't need a grand jury, and which they should have charged him with to begin with.  Pirro got pretty involved in what was essentially a simple misdemeanor, wanting to make an example of the guy. The jury had enough of Pirro's bullshit, and acquitted him.  In the past, I'd have been worried that Trump would appoint Pirro as AG, but her courtroom antics have likely disqualified her for the position.

And it's official.

Bondi publicly got fired just now.

Deputy AG Todd Blanche will take over as acting AG until a replacement is confirmed by the Senate.

Hopefully, Noem and Bondi are just the first two dominoes in what will be a constant revolving door of Cabinet fuck-ups that lasts until Trump leaves office.

Sadly, I don't see the wrestling lady getting the axe, since she's doing what she's supposed top by gutting public education, and Kennedy's body count will largely be hidden, because he has about as much blood on his hands as Noem did.
