You called down the thunder, now reap the whirlwind
Compulsion, Turn10, Doublefine and Arkane are probably the studios most at risk. With Arkane it really depends on how the development of Blade is going.

Double Fine should be fine. Tim Schafer was a smart man to have a clause that the studio can go independent again if MS tried to close them.
Compulsion is already confirmed. The studio was told last Friday.

It is confirmed now? no more speculation?
Regarding Double fine it's a shame they made the focus of Kiln online multiplayer, it looks like it could be a really fun concept for local co-op but ofbviously would have to be designed around that.

Not confirmed by Xbox itself as of yet. Jason Schreier is reporting that Compulsion employees were told this past Friday that the studio would be shuttered.
Schreier is one of the few that when he reports it, it's as good as done. I'm personally expecting Xbox to make the announcement later today. Unless they're still deciding on who else to close and make the announcement then collectively.

You mean Kiln? Could have been a fun co-op game, yeah. Like It Takes Two.
Double Fine has several small teams working on small titles. They've released Keeper and Kiln in the last year.

Yeah I would've loved that.
Keeper was such a creative and unique game too. Loved my time playing it.
