I think removing new CoD day 1 in Gamepass Ultimate is fair it lowers the price by $7 a month for those who don't play them which is $84 per year so if you want it you could still buy it each year and it comes to the same cost.

Asha has been such an improvement so far.

I think this as more to do with subscription number than Asha. Considering the mass unsubs and shift to lower subs tier caused by the last price increase I wouldn't be surprise if it resulted in lesser overall revenue through Gamepass.

I think MS killed two birds with one stone here, fixing last year mistake making Gamepass ultimate relevant again and giving a PR win to Asha.

I'd certainly prefer an option to choose an Overwatch or Diablo 4 battlepass or an ESO Plus sub instead of the Fortnite pass/bucks which I'd never use if they go down that route.
