I think (really, nothing to do with Xbox review or not) that Linus is a piece of shit.
I am watching a lot of videos out there and I'm okay with YouTubers not being super informed or not knowing half of what they are talking about or coming up with biased reviews and others, but this guy... Come on...

Being popular doesn't always equate to being good as I have found out many times. All I am saying is that social media gives anyone a platform but that does not mean they know what they are doing. The majority of the time is just bias BS.

BALL X PIT

Really good roguelike on GamePass. Unique gameplay, only downside for me so far is it has base building junk. But it’s another cool indie game I’ll play more than anything MicroSony has released this gen outside of maybe Starfield. Also only $15.

This is why GamePass is nice. Had it not been for GamePass, I wouldn’t even know about it.

I feel like I am doing something wrong and die soon, the base building is something I hate but seems to just a fancy way of 'upgrading' instead of a menu they use this to feel more like a world...

Linus often doesn't really know what he's talking about, DF is not perfect, but I would definitely go to them because going to Linus for anything tech.

Yes you’re right, the base building seems like it’s just a different way you present upgrades. Not as bad as I thought.

regarding dying, try to set shots up so they are ricocheting between enemies as much as possible. Makes it way easier.

Finished Game Pass title The Casting of Frank Stone.

Honestly, I didn't even know this game existed. Didn't pay attention to the splash screens on startup and began the game. Immediately noticed the poor framerate. Plenty of bugs when trying to walk/run when interacting with objects. I thought to myself, feels like someone copied the games made by Supermassive Games but cleary don't have enough experience and budget.
Turns out, the game is indeed developed by Supermassive Games. Ouch!
Definitely their worst game (at least on Xbox as I played them all). Still decent enough Game Pass title.
