I know , I played it a few years ago and I just hate the gameplay.

I see everyone complaining about this and I don't get it. Literally the hardest stage of it allowed you to just indiscriminately spam the button while looking left to right, it was laughably easy lol

Tbf, considering the games all about precise parry timing why would I think of spamming the parry button lol 🫠 that’s straight up dumb as fuck.

I already own the Xbox version of it but at least I got the Xbox PC version of it now.

I haven't played Heavenly Sword, but I did enjoy DMC and Enslaved. 

I havent played Enslaved yet - I do have the game though.

As for Devil May Cry - great franchise. Played DMC1, 2, 3, 4 and DmC across PS2, PS3, PS4, Switch and PC. (Have them all on Xbox too but havent played those versions yet).

Even the worst game in the series - Devil May Cry 2 is better than Heavenly Sword, thats how awful Heavenly Sword's gameplay is. The fact that I find DMC2 to be better than something, says a lot.

All their combat is garbage. I did 3 chapters of Enslaved before dropping it and selling it.  The combat sucks. DmC is straight trash. DMC2 is awful, but it's at least funny bad. DmC is so cringeworthy, it's just infuriating. HS is indeed shit. Only got any attention as what else did PS3 have at that time? Not much.

Side note. Never use DmC when referring to DMC 1-5. DMC is the main series. DmC is the sewer water NT made.

Hmm from what I played of DmC, I found it okay, gameplay wise it was okay, just not flashy as DMC3. Story was pretty bad for sure.

I didnt play the Special Edition but the OG on Steam.

Planning to play the SE on PS5 in the future but my next game on Playstation after I'm done with Driveclub will be DMC5 SE lol

Edit: Ninja Theory made all three games (Heavenly Blade, DmC and Hellblade) - I'm gonna play Hellblade 1 but sheesh...going with low expectations.
