Oblivion Remake is infact just as moddable as the original : r/ElderScrolls

Lol. Modders aren't wasting any time, I knew they wouldn't take long, it's a shame though that it won't have official mod support, so console won't get any mods, I was hoping that we'd get some new content via mods, oh well, doesn't change my excitement and considering this will do amazing maybe Bethesda will make new DLC for it, Lol.

Downloaded it earlier on GP and … I know Oblivion was never my favourite TES, far from it but Christ this is a hell of a “remaster”

That's certainly one way to apologize for raining on their parade

What race are you going with?

For OG Oblivion I went with Wood Elf, for Skyrim I went with Wood Elf then swapped to Nord, for The Elder Scrolls Online I went with Redguard, I might go with Redguard for Oblivion or Breton.

Breton probably, they have the most useful racial bonuses of any Elder Scrolls race imo, 50 extra magicka points for more spell usage and a whopping 50% resist magic in Oblivion, makes them amazing spellcasters who are strong against other mages, particular useful for spellsword classes in Oblivion as between the heavy armor skill of spellsword and the 50% resist magic from the Breton racial, you can tank just about any hit.

I think I'm going with Breton for ES VI because of where it is likely set (High Rock). In Oblivion I wanted to be a stealth assassin archer and loved the Wood Elves and description of Valenwood, I wanted to try something new in Skyrim though and the whole Thalmor fuckers made me swap to a Nord, it felt better roleplaying wise and I just killed every Thalmor I encountered, Lmao.

ESO I chose Redguard because they are also very cool and in the future post-Skyrim they're one of few races who actually fought off the Aldmeri Dominion. So if ES6 is set in High Rock then likely Breton but if it's also partly set in Hammerfell then maybe Redguard. Why not Imperials for Oblivion? I find them the least interesting race, Lol.

Or a snarky way of saying, eat it bitches.  It's all in how you look at it.

The remaster looks maazing, very impressed so far. There is the odd stutter but it's not too bad, and given its UE5 that is usually a given

The gameplay feels so smooth too.
