2022 Xbox Empire Game Awards

It's that time of the year again folks, time to vote on our favorite games of the year. 

Rules

1. Copy and paste the below table fill it in with your answers.
2. Feel free to vote on as many or as few categories as you want. If a category doesn't receive enough total votes to post a worthwhile result, the whole category will be removed from the final results. If you have only played one game in a category then leave the runner-up space blank.
3. You don't need to have played the game on Xbox, as long as the game is available on Xbox you are fine to vote for it. Even if you haven't played a game yet, but want to play it, feel free to vote for it.
4. I will leave the voting active until early-mid January to give people a chance to play any 2022 games they receive for Christmas before voting ends. Feel free to edit your votes at any point before the voting closes, as votes will be tallied at the end.

Look cool but they look like they belong in Diablo, not Gears of War, Lol.

With FTC now suing Microsoft over Activision Blizzard acquisition, I think that most likely the deal isn't gonna go through. Sucks for Microsoft, because in this business they probably already had plans with ActiBlizz being a part of them in mind. Now they have to go back to drawing board once again and I wouldn't be surprised if next year won't be a big step up from this one because Microsoft could have relied on the deal going through in order to fill the gaps between their own releases with ActiBlizz GamePass additions. They will have 70B$ to spend though, which is a good thing.

Is Cliff even working on a game right now? Seems like a waste for a talented developer to be on the sideline not doing anything.

He hasn’t done anything since his own studio Boss Key  went under. Imo his problem is that he chased the GaS scene instead of making a traditional video game.

The industry is in a much better place right now for startups that even Marcus Letho started a new studio under EA almost immediately after is old one V1 Interactive shut down. 

Microsoft can't catch a break!

Have they not been doing that already with how many "Soul" like clones have been coming out??.

Watched the first 3 episodes of the Dragon Age show on Netflix tonight. Pretty good so far, and a nice lead-in to the upcoming Dragon Age 4 showing what the Tevinter Imperium setting of DA4 will be like. Animation style isn't bad either, reminds me of ATLA a bit.

I forgot the a Dragon Age netflix animation was a thing, perfect time to watch it.
