With FTC now suing Microsoft over Activision Blizzard acquisition, I think that most likely the deal isn't gonna go through. Sucks for Microsoft, because in this business they probably already had plans with ActiBlizz being a part of them in mind. Now they have to go back to drawing board once again and I wouldn't be surprised if next year won't be a big step up from this one because Microsoft could have relied on the deal going through in order to fill the gaps between their own releases with ActiBlizz GamePass additions. They will have 70B$ to spend though, which is a good thing.
