Okay, okay.  I want to believe the inside of his suit is lined with a game theme.

He'll rip his suit off perfectly and there's a massive Xbox logo tattooed on his back.

FTC fumbled and annoyed judge. Phil promised to keep Call of Duty on Playstation under oath.

Glad to see Phil moved on from Destiny.

Been playing this as well. Quite a fun game, definitely mobile game vibes but then again it's also only 5.00.

I've also heard from a couple of sources that one of the reasons a deal to sign Starfield as a PS5 console exclusive didn't pan out — or rather, wasn't reached before Microsoft reached a deal to buy ZeniMax Media — was directly because of game director Todd Howard, who wasn't keen on the game having PS5 exclusivity.

Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer: Microsoft heard Starfield might skip Xbox before buying Bethesda | Windows Central

Wow so he's cool with having Xbox console exclusivity. What a fanboy.

Getting paid a huge chunk of money from MS purchase of Bethesda fills Todd's pockets with Gold which is a much easier evil to swallow.

This was so fucking...

You know when you read a lot of comments from gamers, this question is pretty much how most understand acquisition.  How many comments have we heard from people saying, "Why don't MS put that 70 billion dollars into their studios".  I know I had to explain the difference on this subject many times as acquisition is a asset for the whole MS business not just the Xbox business'.  The fact that the lawyer just gave Phil a chance to pretty much own this subject is a real stark reminder how limited some lawyers understanding of business on the scale of MS but in general on the subjects they may be arguing during a trial.
