You know when you read a lot of comments from gamers, this question is pretty much how most understand acquisition. How many comments have we heard from people saying, "Why don't MS put that 70 billion dollars into their studios". I know I had to explain the difference on this subject many times as acquisition is a asset for the whole MS business not just the Xbox business'. The fact that the lawyer just gave Phil a chance to pretty much own this subject is a real stark reminder how limited some lawyers understanding of business on the scale of MS but in general on the subjects they may be arguing during a trial.
