One physical game, yes. Switch and Ps4 may have 20-35% digital sales, ps5 has  more, but does not justify the horrendous physical sales.

Less than 1 game per person is actually pretty low.

For example 2020- 01. NSW - 24.636.454 <74,98%> (220 new games)

Almost 1.5 per person.

The number for 2020 is actually high because of COVID and Animal Crossing.
