Taiko Risshiden doesn't have anything to do with Taiko no Tatsujin. It's from Koei Tecmo, not Bamco.

Yeah when the threshold for making the top 30 is this low, random titles can make their way into the lower ranks just based on the normal fluctuations of week-by-week sales.
