Given that Dotemu has surprised us by announcing that the new TNMT game will release this month, I guess it's no longer eligible. Therefore:

1-Xenonauts 2 (PC)
2-UBOAT (PC - Still in Early Access)
3-Metal Slug Tactics (PC)
4-Black Skylands (PC- in Early Access)
5-The Plucky Squire (PC) - Announced this E3, it looks like it could be a fun game

We'll see if there are more changes in the coming days.

Yeah. I did a stealth edit to my list since Evil west had a release date now and tmnt is ineligible! You can still vote for the collection though…since I don’t think that has a release date? 

No, the collection doesn't have a release date yet. Since they have different publishers, they don't have to launch close one to the other.
