I wouldn't go as far as hate but Fable. Loved the first game, the sequel was a big step down and the third ones was mediocre.

Metal Gear NES

Doom (2016) and Doom Eternal.

DMC is far from terrible aside from DMC2 and DmC reboot.  Dante being a nerd is intentional. He's an anime guy who's a total dork but he kicks ass regardless. Series overall invented it's genre and still some of the deepest combat mechanics in the genre. Even topping Bayonetta. It's fine of the series is not for you but it's not terrible.

I hate about half the entries in the FF series I've played, but like 7, 10, and 7 remake.

I don't hate the franchise, but liked RE4 way more than any other entry.

DMC3 is the only entry in the franchise I ever see myself playing again. 1 and 5 were enjoyable when I played them but are just kind of not as good versions of DMC3. 4 was just meh. Never played 2 due to reputation.

Star Fox 64 is the only one I really like, except for Zero to an extent.

Link Between Worlds is the only 2D Zelda game I've really liked.

The time limit in the first game, killed it. 

I don't think I have ever come across a franchise that I dislike and keep playing their games

But overall I find DQ to be an extremely underwhelming franchise. It's a case where the whole is much less than the sum of its parts

That isn't a game that stand out, rather all games are so much copies of themselves that I can select any of them to say "this is the one I like" and then proceed claiming that I dislike the franchise

Street sports games like NBA Street and FIFA Street. Can't play the originals.

Tales of Vesperia & Tales of Arise are the only Tales of games I liked. Vesperia I adored. Arise was very enjoyable. The rest of the series just ranges from average to awful of the others I tried.

Assassins Creed 4. Not a fan of the series but 4 was pretty good.

Elden Ring. Never liked the Souls games yet this one felt right.
