"Russia claimed that the Czech Republic isn’t allowed to provide Ukraine with Soviet-made weapons without Russian permission."

Really not sure if Russia is serious or just trolling... they attack a country but think they can still decide what other countries are allowed to do looool.

It’s a standard term for pretty much any military supply contract. Last month Germany was having to approve the transfer of some German made equipment from an Eastern European country (I forget which) to Ukraine. But that’s in peace time, and countries won’t follow the rules to their own detriment in war-time, particularly with regards their adversaries.

Yeah I know that (but only since Germany had to allow it). I just think it's funny how you attack a country and still even mention anything about military contracts. Like, do they even take themselves serious...

Ah, how a 'special military operation' is still not a war, yet there's already World War 3. The only reason why escalating the situation might make sense for Russia is that it would justify full-scale mobilization to its people. Unless Russia is pursuing that, which I really doubt, I think this is done just to strengthen national unity. Still, this is of course a development I would rather not see.

I wonder what a full-scale mobilization would do to their national unity. Surely despite their propaganda people would understand their 'special military operation' went tits-up and their professional army got spanked. I would think normal people wouldn't be very happy to take a soviet-era bolt-action rifle, a handful of ammo, a bottle of vodka and step into the meat grinder.

I certainly hope that's the case, but at this point, I wouldn't, sadly, be surprised if the people actually agreed even about full-scale mobilization. Propaganda sure can do wonders when you have almost full control over the media and have had two decades to 'educate' the people.

Brave Russian soldiers, your enemy is not Ukraine, your enemy is Putin and his twisted delusions that send you to risk life and limb for a corrupt cause. Resist!

Yeah, Putin definitely needs to be swinging from a noose around his neck, along with any government officials and oligarchs who supported him. This is a genocide, full stop.

That would be too quick a death for him.

Rather, make him tour all the atrocities he commanded and see them firsthand, in front of the victim's families. And then let him live with the shame in prison for the rest of his life like the common criminal he is.

I strongly disagree. People like him, they don't feel sympathy for those they're slaughtering. He wouldn't feel any shame in seeing the death and destruction he's caused, he'd probably enjoy seeing it. And subjecting the victims families to seeing the loon responsible gloating in front of them would just be terrible.

If he shows no sincere remorse, then yes, I can agree for a death penalty.

But then a public and slow one, like in the days of old, when a death penalty was actually a public spectacle, so everybody can see his helplessness and humiliation at full display. Like a slow drop hanging for instance, where the neck doesn't break and instead the victim dies very slowly from asphyxiation and strangulation, all while slowly losing control of his body functions, resulting in him foaming, farting and shitting, peeing and jizzing his pants.

In other words, making his death as shameful as possible, as his actions were as shameful as he could possibly have done, too.

Front third badly damaged, probably burned out. Middle third burning, probably engine room gone.

I'd say a good ship loses roughly 20% of the seamen.

Since Russians on sea are probably as "motivated" as the land people, I'd say a loss of 40-50% of seamen is not out of range.

Compared to April 11 (last I posted this)
+1300 troops
+15 Planes (double the previous week)
+13 Helicopter (x4 the previous week and return to previous daily average)
+77 Tanks
+39 Artillery pieces
+140 Personnel carrier (nearly double the previous week)
+21 MLRS (x5 the previous week and all time high daily average I believe)
+1 Boat (Russian warship go F*** yourself )
+108 Vehicles (x7.5 the previous week)
+39 UAV (All time high I believe)
+12 Anti-aircraft (last week was 1, this is also an all time high)
+2 Special equipment

Key takeaways :
Number are up across the board which and many higher that prior to Russian Kyiv front retreat.
This depict, in all logics, a largely successful redeployment of assets and troops by the Ukrainians.
With Russian now starting their renewed assault, this weeks number will be critical.
